THCVB Featured Business: eBash Video Game Center

October 15, 2012

The Terre Haute Convention and Visitor’s Bureau is proud to announce our featured business, eBash Video Game Center.

eBash was founded in 2004 by Zack Johnson, a 1998 Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology graduate.  eBash is most easily described as a modern day arcade.  There are over 100 stations throughout the 4000 square foot building featuring Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Nintento Wii and custom gaming computers.  Players join together on eBash’s ultra-high speed network to play as teams or individuals against each other and against players from around the world.

eBash hosts overnight lock-in parties every Friday night for all ages and every Saturday night for ages 16 and older.  They also hold regular tournaments and special events that bring in gamers from all over the United States and Canada.  eBash also offers great birthday party packages that are very popular with 8-16 year old gamers.

This past summer they hosted a unique event called Achievement Fest which brought in gamers from 17 different states and Canada to set two Guinness World Records.  Events like these draw visitors to Terre Haute for extended weekends and are great for other local businesses such as hotels and restaurants.

eBash has graciously donated prizes to be given away this week to members of our Facebook page.  All week long we will be drawing winners daily for the following prizes:

Tuesday, October 16th – 1 year VIP membership ($120)
Wednesday, October 17th – 1 year VIP membership ($120)
Thursday, October 18th – 1 year VIP membership ($120)
Friday, October 19th – Elite Private Birthday Party Package ($200)

It is free to enter the drawing for these prizes.  You simply have to “like” the Terre Haute Convention and Visitor Bureau’s Facebook page and eBash’s Facebook page.  Then simply enter your name and email address on this form:
